Our 5 ALL IN steps to a successful project
Every ALL IN job, from one bedroom to a whole commercial building, runs on the same five steps. Here is what happens at each one and who you will be talking to.
1. Free estimate
It starts with a free in-home or virtual estimate. Our office sets a time that suits you. An estimator walks the job with you, listens to what you want done and answers your questions about scope, timing and cost. You get a written scope that shows exactly what we will paint. If you want a rough number first, the instant ballpark gives you a range online, and the visit turns it into a real price.
2. Upfront communication and planning
Once you book, you get to know our team and we confirm the date your project begins. This is also when colors get settled. Every booked project comes with a free one-hour consultation with a design professional, and we like to have your colors and finishes chosen before we assign your Crew Leader. 3. Scope review with your Crew Leader
On day one, your Crew Leader sits down with you and goes over the work planned for your project. This is your chance to point out the scuff behind the door or the wall you keep changing your mind about. Any question that comes up gets answered before painting starts.
4. Progress updates
You will know where the job stands. Your project manager sends updates on the schedule you agreed on, and your Crew Leader checks in with you at the end of each day. The work area is cleaned up before the crew leaves every afternoon. If weather moves an exterior day, your project manager lets you know.
5. Final walkthrough
When the work is done, your Crew Leader walks the whole project with you before we collect final payment. Look closely. If anything needs another pass, this is the easiest moment to take care of it.
After that, the warranty takes over: 10 years on exterior labor, 5 years on interior painting and cabinets, and a lifetime touch-up promise on cabinets.
